Refunds and Exchange

GirlPowerTees.com has a worry free, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your selections, we are happy to provide a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Items must be posted for return within 14 days of receiving the original product. Returned items must be new, unused condition with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be credited. *Please note: items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly, are not considered to be faulty, therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange. *Also note: we do not offer exchange or refund on accessories or sale items. We do not refund on damaged or lost items during postage. If you would like to exchange your purchase for another size or style you must re purchase the item you want online and then send back the unwanted item for a refund. This will ensure you get the correct item you are after as stock availability is limited.

We do recommend you post the item back using a traceable method as we do not take any responsibility for lost return items. Please allow up to 10 working days from the day we receive your return for your item to be refunded. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that orders through PayPal can take up to 2 weeks for the funds to be credited.

Shipping

All items are shipped with United States Postal Service. Please note GirlPowerTees.com is not responsible for United States Postal Service delivery schedule and cannot guarantee your item will be received in the expected time frame. If your item does not arrive or is lost in transit we are not legally responsible.

If an investigation is required to locate your parcel we will assist in any way we can but are not responsible for the outcome.
